Through our Faculty & Student Program, we offer exclusive free seats to live CE/CME conferences for full-time faculty and first-time students in NP and PA programs. 

For Faculty 

Advanced Practice Provider (APP) faculty play a critical role in shaping tomorrow’s clinicians. To support your mission, NPACE offers five complimentary faculty seats at each in-person conference. These seats are available to full-time faculty members in NP or PA programs. 

Eligibility: 

• Must be employed full-time as NP or PA program faculty 
• May receive one free faculty seat every five years 
• Must submit an employment verification letter with your application 

For Students 

NPACE believes in welcoming students into professional learning environments early. Our Student Program offers five free seats at each live conference for full-time, first-time NP or PA students. 

Eligibility: 

• Must be enrolled full-time in an NP or PA program
• Must be a first-time attendee 
• Must provide current semester class schedule as proof of enrollment 
• Eligible for one free student seat during your program 

How to Apply 

To register for a live conference through the Faculty or Student Program, please complete the form below and include: 

• Preferred conference location and dates 
• Your contact information 
• Verification documents (employment letter for faculty, class schedule for students) 

Once your information is verified, an NPACE representative will contact you with registration details.
