1. Log into the CVENT website for NPACE

2. Click More from the menu and choose Surveys

3. Click Take Surveys

4. Complete surveys for every session you completed – this will be in your final transcript.

5. Complete the overall event evaluation survey. Do not do this survey until you have completed every session you would like credit for.

6. An email will then be sent to you with a link to your certificate. Save the PDF file, or print it immediately. One way to save a PDF from a link is to ‘print PDF’. Save and label the file with the conference location and year for recertification and licensure purposes.

*Certificate can only be accessed through the email sent to you and not through the app or the website.
