Conference cancellation can be done through the registration platform originally used to register as much as 2 weeks prior to the event. There is a non-refundable, $50 administration fee for each registration that helps us cover software, banking, and personnel. Cancellation refunds will be minus this $50 fee.

Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of the attendee and must be done separately from conference registration. Each hotel holds different cancellation policies. Refer to reservation paperwork for details. Please cancel hotel room directly with the hotel. Attendees who do not show or fail to cancel will be responsible for hotel charges.

Yes! If you are a student, military veteran, or retired clinician, you can always enjoy a discount at an NPACE conference. Check each individual conference page for pricing tables. NPACE works very hard to negotiate competitive hotel room rates within. Often, our hotel rates are 25-50% less than season rates in the area.
