Gary Graf has been a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2000 working in the field of Family Practice for his first 3 years and Diabetes and Endocrinology for the past 16. He has continued to work in urgent care one shift per week.
He has been the Sub-Investigator on over 200 clinical trials in the fields of diabetes, devices, chronic kidney disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, erectile dysfunction, and hypertension.
Sally K. Miller, PhD, APRN, FAANP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, AGPCNP-BC
Dr. Sally Miller has been a practicing nurse practitioner for 28 years. She holds four nurse practitioner certifications including Family, Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, and Psychiatric Mental Health. Dr. Miller is a clinical professor at Drexel University College of Nursing and Health Professions in Philadelphia. She maintains an active clinical practice with ICarePsychiatry. Sally has published over 30 research and clinical articles with an emphasis on issues related to adult health and illness and obesity. Dr. Miller is an active conference presenter and author in the NP community since 1996 and is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Wendy L. Wright DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP
Wendy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2019 from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare which have won numerous awards. In addition, she is the owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company.
She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. Throughout her career, she is the recipient of numerous awards as well as presented nationally at over 1000 conferences in 47 states. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. She has been a medical media spokesperson for numerous companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. Wendy is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys.
Michael E. Zychowicz, DNP, ANP, ONP, FAAN, FAANP
Michael E. Zychowicz, DNP is a Professor at Duke University School of Nursing. Dr. Zychowicz has built a 20-year career in orthopedics as both a clinician, educator, and scholar. He leads the only Orthopedic NP graduate educational program at Duke University. Dr. Zychowicz is board certified as both an Adult NP and Orthopedic NP. Dr. Zychowicz is the author of several musculoskeletal book chapters and journal articles. He frequently presents on various musculoskeletal topics at national and international conferences.
Charitta Ernewein, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, SANE-A
Charrita Ernewein, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C, SANE-A is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in acute care and pediatrics in the Hillsborough County School District. Dr. Ernewein also works for the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner. Dr. Ernewein completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1988, her Master of Science at South University in 2013 and her Doctoral Nurse Practitioner in 2016 at South University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Ernewein is currently enrolled full time at University of Central Florida in the PhD program. Dr. Ernewein holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a certification as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner.
Dr. Ernewein is a strong advocate within the community working closely with professional organizations and community resources regarding the topics of human trafficking and vulnerable populations. As a part of the Tampa Speakers Bureau, Dr. Ernewein worked closely with the department of homeland security to develop and implement a training for healthcare providers within the community. Dr. Ernewein has provided human trafficking trainings at local conferences and to the Hillsborough County School District healthcare providers, local hospitals, residents, and numerous universities. Dr. Ernewein has also participated in numerous panel discussions within the community regarding human trafficking.
Dr. Ernewein was a member of the Clearwater Task Force Group and remains actively engaged in several community organizations such as the FREE Network and University of Central Florida Human Trafficking Awareness Group. She is also published in the Journal of Nurse Practitioners, Human Trafficking: Recognition, Referral and Treatment.
Dr. Ernewein is the President of the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurse Council Group, a member of American Academy of Nurse Practitioner, a member of the American Nurses Association, and a member of the National Association of School Nurses.
Kathy Baldridge, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAIPM
Kathy Baldridge is a family nurse practitioner in Pineville, La. She is the director of psychometric analysis at Advanced Practice Education Associates, a nurse practitioner education company. She is a goal directed, results-oriented professional with a strong clinical background and education. Dr. Baldridge is the author of Coding & Billing in the Outpatient Clinical Setting: A quick guide and has authored and coauthored multiple journal articles and book chapters, including content in the 3rd and 4th editions of Clinical Practice Guidelines in Primary Care. In addition, she has served as an editorial reviewer for the Journal of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (JAANP) for more than 4 years. She has presented numerous lectures and courses at the local, state, and national level. Dedicated to the advancement of Nurse Practitioners, she has served on the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners board of directors in various positions and is currently the president of the association.
She earned her ADN from Louisiana State University, Alexandria in 1993; her BSN (2006) and MSN (2009) from Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA; and her DNP from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa in 2013. Dr. Baldridge is the recipient of the AANP Award for Excellence and was inducted as a Fellow in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners in 2017.
Passionate about caring for others, Dr. Baldridge remains in clinical practice serving the Central Louisiana area. She is actively involved in her community and church, providing health care education, outreach and screenings as a certified Parish Nurse.
