Recognized by Cardinal Health and the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations, he is a leader amongst the global community educating about integrative therapies, polypharmacy epidemic and de-prescription. Jay is a co-Founder of YogaCaps, Inc. and RxRelax. YogaCaps is the largest free integrative therapeutic yoga program for people with chronic health conditions and has its base in New Hampshire hospitals. RxRelax educates healthcare professionals about evidence-based integrative health approaches and provides certification and continuing education credits. He is currently working with Harvard Medical School and MA College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University on clinical trials testing yoga modalities in substance use disorder and oncology applications.
