Keynote Speaker: Wendy L. Wright, DNP, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, FAANP, FAAN, FNAP
Wendy received her Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2019 from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa. She is a 1992 graduate of the Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts and completed a family nurse practitioner post-master’s program in 1995. She is an adult and family nurse practitioner and the owner of two, nurse practitioner owned and operated clinics within New Hampshire named: Wright & Associates Family Healthcare. Her family practices have won numerous awards, including Top Providers in New Hampshire 2018, Top 20 Fastest Growing Family Business, and Top 20 Women-Owned Business in New Hampshire. In addition, she is the Owner of Partners in Healthcare Education, a medical education company. She is the Past President of NPACE and the Senior lecturer for Fitzgerald Health Education Associates. She is the recipient of numerous awards and was chosen by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as the 1999 recipient of the New Hampshire State Excellence Award. In addition, she received the 2009 NH Nurse Practitioner of the Year and the 2014 Top 5 Women in New Hampshire Business Award. In 2005, she was inducted as a Fellow into the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; in October 2014, a Fellow in the American Academy of Nursing, and in March 2017, a Fellow into the National Academies of Practice. She is the founder of the NH Chamber of Entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioners, an organization designed to assist nurse practitioners with independent practice issues. In addition to full-time clinical practice, she presents nationally to different audiences and has been a speaker at over 1000 conferences in 47 states. She is the nurse practitioner representative to the State of NH Immunization Advisory Board. She has been a medical media spokesperson for numerous companies and has appeared on radio, television, and in print magazines. Wendy is frequently consulted by malpractice attorneys around the area of clinical practice and has worked on more than 100 malpractice cases involving nurses and nurse practitioners.
Nancy R. Berman, MSN, ANP-BC, NCMP, FAANP
Nancy R. Berman has been in practice as an Adult Nurse Practitioner with emphasis in women’s health care since 1978. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan and her Master of Science in Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Currently, she specializes in women’s health care at Millennium Affiliated Physicians, a division of Michigan Healthcare Professionals, in Farmington Hills, Michigan. She is a clinical instructor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She holds the certification of Menopause Practitioner from the North American Menopause Society. She is a fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Berman has taught extensively on lower genital tract disease, including HPV, cervical cancer prevention, HPV testing and HPV vaccine, management of the abnormal Pap test, colposcopy and vulvar and vaginal disease. She has also been active in education in the management of menopause and osteoporosis. She served on the Board of Directors of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ASCCP) from 2009 to 2016, co-chaired their education committee, and holds their Colposcopy Recognition Award. She serves on the Michigan Cervical Cancer Consortium and served on the Michigan Governor’s Task Force on Cervical Cancer. Recent publications by Ms. Berman have appeared in The Journal for Nurse Practitioners, ADVANCE for Nurse Practitioners, Women’s Health in Primary Care, and chapters in Advanced Health Assessment of Women 4th edition and the Atlas of Primary Care Procedures, 3rd edition, Lippincott, Williams.
Lynn Chilton, DSN, FNP-BC, GNP-BC
Lynn Chilton is certified as a GNP and an FNP and has practiced as an NP in several clinics. She is currently a Professor in the MSN and DNP Adult-Geron Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of South Alabama.

Kathleen Haycraft, DNP, FNP/PNP-BC, DCNP, FAANP
Dr. Kathleen Haycraft is a nurse practitioner certified in family, pediatrics, and dermatology. She is working at Riverside Dermatology in general dermatology in Hannibal, Missouri. Kathleen received her doctorate from University of Kansas City Missouri where she was recognized in 2014 as their alumni of the year. Dr. Haycraft is active in the American Association of Nurse Practitioners where she was recognized as their first clinical excellence award winner in Missouri and served as Missouri representative for five years. Kathleen has a passion for dermatology and lectures and writes on dermatology issues. She serves with other dermatology experts on the planning committee for Maui Dermatology. Her other passion is health care policy where she has served as chair for the Advance Practice Nursing Coalition of Missouri and the Action Coalition for Advance Practice Nurses, and has been honored by both Gubernatorial (education) and Speaker (Medicaid Transformation) committees.
Christine Kessler, MN, CNS, ANP-C, BC-ADM, CDTC, FAANP
Christine Kessler is an award-winning nurse practitioner, national/international speaker, prolific author, and clinical consultant specializing in Endocrinology and Metabolic Medicine. During her 45 years of nursing (38 years in advanced practice) she has held diverse roles in management, research, academia, and clinical practice; the latter as a critical care clinical specialist, an acute care nurse practitioner (as an Intensivist) and an adult nurse practitioner. After 15 years as the senior nurse practitioner at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Medicine, Christine now focuses on providing diabetes and weight loss management, as well as general endocrine clinical and home services to an under-served population in rural Virginia. Christine has received many clinical practice awards, among them the Silver Ace Top Clinician award (voted by her medical peers), several Army Achievement awards, the prestigious Outstanding Civilian Service Award, and the Coin of Excellent personally awarded by the Surgeon General for having the highest patient satisfaction rating of all health care providers in the Army WORLDWIDE. Christine co-chairs the popular, national Metabolic & Endocrine Disease Summit and is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Nancy Nadolski, MSN, M.Ed, FNP-C
Nancy Nadolski, Family Nurse Practitioner, received her BSN from Washington State University followed by a Master’s degree in Counseling from the College of Idaho and then a Masters in Nursing, from Gonzaga University, which allowed her to become certified as a nurse practitioner and to begin prescribing for her patients. Nancy has spent 18 years practicing in Psychiatric and Insomnia Medicine in private practice in Boise, Idaho. Together with her coworkers, they published articles for professional publications and co-authored a book for the mental health practitioner called 40 Cases: Understanding Psychiatric Medications. Nancy speaks at national and international primary care, psychiatric and counseling conferences. She presented at the International Nurse Practitioner Conference in the Netherlands and has presented in every state except Arkansas. Nancy recently became certified as a Certified Daring Way Facilitator. The Daring Way is grounded in research by Brene’ Brown and looks shame and guilt squarely in the face as the barriers to Whole Hearted Living.
Brett Snodgrass, FNP-C, CPE, FACPP, FAANP
Brett Badgley Snodgrass has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for 12 years, practicing in multiple settings. She is the NP Director of Palliative Care Services for the Baptist Healthcare System in Memphis, TN. She is also the owner of BBS Health Education – where she creates and presents continuing education for healthcare providers, both live and online. She is a nationally recognized nurse practitioner speaker and teacher. She is also an award-winning healthcare blogger – The NP Mom. Brett Is a chronic pain expert, working for more than 20 years with chronic pain patients in many settings. Brett is board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, where she is currently the TN State Representative. She is also a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Brett received the 2015 AANP State Excellence Award for Tennessee for her work across the state on the TN Chronic Pain Task Force, as well as advocating for TN Full Practice Authority for Nurse Practitioners. She was also awarded the 2017 Memphis Business Journal Healthcare Hero Award.
