REGISTRATION:  You may register for NPACE conferences online, by fax or mail. Within three weeks of NPACE receiving your registration form and payment, we will send you confirmation by email or letter.

Please read your confirmation carefully. It lists all of the sessions you have chosen to attend. If you would like to request a change or notice a discrepancy, please call us at 508-907-6424 or email us at npace@npace.org. If you have not heard from us within three weeks, please contact NPACE.

FEES:  All fees must be received upon registration for the conference. NPACE accepts payment by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). If payment is by check, then the check must be received by NPACE within 3 weeks of registration and no later than the early registration deadline or the registration will be canceled.

CONFIRMATIONS:  You will receive written confirmation within three weeks of NPACE’s receipt of your paid registration. It will include a list of the sessions in which you are enrolled. Please read your confirmation letter carefully. You are enrolled only in those sessions listed in your confirmation letter. To request changes or resolve problems, or if you do not receive a confirmation letter of your registration within three weeks, please call the NPACE office at 508-907-6424.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Written notice of cancellation must occur no later than one month prior to the conference start date for a refund to be issued. Refunds are process based on the original form of payment. If written notice is received less than one month prior to the conference start date, then a Letter of Credit will be issued, valid for 12 months, for a future NPACE conference. Refunds and letters of credit will be processed within 60 days of receipt of the written cancellation notice. Cancellations received on the conference start date, during or after the conference will not be eligible for a refund or credit. All cancellations will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. The optional hard-copy syllabus is non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you cancel your registration according to the policies stated on each NPACE registration form you will receive either a refund or an NPACE Letter of Credit based on the registration fee only. Additional selected choices with fees associated, such as the Hard Copy Syllabus, Workshops, PPL, Reception Guest, etc., are non-refundable.
