NPACE Rewards Program
Now NPACE attendees can attend every fourth conference for free. To be eligible, the participant must have three paid registrations for conferences occurring on or after January 1, 2012 (registrations do not need to all occur in 2012). After the third paid registration, NPACE will mail a free conference certificate to the participant at the primary mail address on file. The certificate is valid for a free conference within 12 months of the date of issue and is non-transferrable. Participants seeking to redeem a free conference certificate must contact NPACE’s office at 508-907-6424 no later than the early registration deadline for the conference they wish to attend. Early registration deadlines are posted for each conference at www.npace.org. Prior complimentary registrations or registrations made with letters of credit cannot count toward the three registrations needed to qualify for the fourth free registration. NPACE reserves the right to cancel or alter this promotion at any time.

Conference Registration Fee Discounts:
NPACE offers discounted registration fees to Seniors (60+), Military Personnel, Students, and New Graduates. The specific discount varies by conference but can be up to 30% off the standard registration fee. To obtain this discount, follow these instructions:
Students and New Graduates
When registering for a conference, submit your registration form with a
copy of your student ID (for students) or dated diploma showing that you
have graduated within the past twelve (12) months (for new graduates).
Student and new graduate fees vary per conference. For fees, please check specific

Non-Practicing NP Students
Beginning in 2012, NPACE will offer a limited number of $50 conference
registrations for NP students who are not currently engaged in clinical
practice. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For availability, please check
specific conference registration forms.
Seniors
When registering for a conference, submit your registration form with a copy of your dated ID showing your 60+ age status.
Military Personnel
When registering for a conference, submit your registration form with a copy of your ID showing active military status.
