Call For Abstracts

At the National Primary Care Conference, May 15 - 18, 2008 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, Lake Buena Vista, FL, NPACE will feature Abstracts and a Poster Session to spotlight your innovative work in clinical practice, community service, research and education.

Accepted abstracts will be printed in the conference syllabus. Posters will be on display and there will be informal oral poster presentations in the exhibition hall during the Networking Soiree (Opening Reception).

Abstract Submission Deadline: March 14, 2008

Guidelines for Submission:

Abstracts:

• Abstracts are limited to one page in length
  (300 words or less)
• Abstracts should be single-spaced and in MS Word format only, using 12 point type, Times New Roman font (Sans Serif)
• Margins should be as follows:
  left margin 1.0"
  right margin 0.5"
  top margin 1.0"
  bottom margin 0.5"
• No faxed copies will be accepted
• Only one abstract may be submitted by an author(s)
• One copy of the abstract should have author information at the top of the sheet, containing author names, addresses, email addresses, and work phone numbers
• The primary author will receive notification by email that their abstract has been received and will then be notified concerning the status of the submission after the abstract has been reviewed

Posters:

• If accepted, authors may choose to supply a poster of approximately 24" x 32" for display in the exhibition hall.
• NPACE will display your poster on a bulletin board, so there is no need to mount your poster.
• Authors may bring their posters with them

• Poster set up time in the exhibit hall is May 15, 2008 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.
• Author(s) should be present for questions during the Networking Soiree (opening reception) in the exhibition hall May 15, 2008 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.
• Exhibit hall breakdown will occur May 17, 2008, 10:00 a.m.. At that time if your poster has not been picked up it will be discarded.
